1. Who we are

Leopard Orchid Safaris is a safari operator based at Spur Mall, Second Floor RM S14, Kimbo, Ruiru, Kenya. When you request a quote or travel with us, we become the data controller for the personal information you share.

2. What this app collects

When you send a quote request, we collect your name, WhatsApp number, country, travel date, the safari you are interested in and any message you add. We also store the date and time of your request.

The app stores small amounts of information on your own device to remember when safari details were last updated and whether you dismissed the install guide. This stays on your device and is not sent to us.

3. How we use it

Your details are used to answer your quote request, prepare a written itinerary and stay in touch while you plan your trip. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

4. Who we share it with

To plan and deliver your safari we share the minimum information necessary with our lodges, camps, guides and transfer partners, who are bound to use it only for your booking. We may also share information when legally required to.

5. How long we keep it

Quote requests are kept while we plan your trip and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can pick up the conversation when you return. If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so within thirty days, except where we are legally required to retain it.

6. Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to uses that are not necessary for your booking. Write to info@leopardorchidsafaris.co.ke and we will respond within thirty days.

Guests in the European Union and the United Kingdom have GDPR rights, and any unresolved complaint can be raised with your national data protection authority.
